Early Career Researchers and/or Clinicians (ECRC)
ASIA Webinar Series
Organized by the ASIA Early Career Committee
Now Accepting Proposals!
Aim:
The Early Career webinar series aims to explore a broad spectrum of scientific topics in spinal cord injury (SCI) research and clinical practice by engaging early career researchers and/or clinicians (ECRCs). We invite Early Career Researchers and Clinicians to showcase their research and/or clinical expertise. By hosting this series we will identify, platform, and connecting the next generation of leaders in SCI research/care.
Overview:
Each seminar in the webinar series will focus on a single category within SCI research. Each seminar will have two presenters: ideally, one in a primarily-research role and one in a primarily-clinician role. Each webinar will be 1-hour with each presenters giving a 20-minute talk, leaving plenty of time for questions and networking. We invite speakers to not only showcase their research and/or clinical expertise but also comment on their career progression, with the intention of connecting the next generation of leaders in SCI research and evidence-based clinical care.
Nominations/Submissions by senior researchers and clinicians for others’ work is acceptable and highly encouraged!
