POSTER INFORMATION:
POSTER BOARD – The poster board is 4 feet high (vertical) x 8 feet wide (horizontal) and your poster must not exceed those dimensions. Please bring your own mounting pins!
- The title of your abstract.
- The names of the authors and the name and location of the institution.
- Underline the name of the presenting author.
- A large-type copy of the abstract as submitted.
Most posters include additional material that augments the substance of your presentation that may not have appeared in the submitted abstract. All material should be sized so it can be read from a distance of 3 feet. The material must be neatly and legibly prepared; illustrative data should be similar in quality to that used in making slides.
NEW: ONE MINUTE (RECORDED) POSTER PITCHES:
Help us showcase your research to attendees ahead of your poster presentations! We are asking all poster presenters to upload a short 60-second video highlighting key features of your poster. This video will be included in a video series that will be advertised ahead of the annual meeting. Be creative! Provide enough details to entice your audience to visit your poster at the meeting and to find out the results of your work.
Poster Pitch Videos:
- 60 seconds or less
- Include the title of your talk, your last name, and the poster number as the title of
your saved presentation. - The following programs and file types are best to use MP4.
- When you are finished recording your presentation, please upload it to this Dropbox account.
- Visuals are optional!

If your recording is longer than 60 seconds, it will not be posted. Thank you for your participation, and we look forward to seeing your engaging pitches in the video series!
