An Award-Eligible Oral Talks session will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, from 8:00 to 9:30AM. Each talk will be approximately eight (8) minutes in length. Presentations must be presented using Microsoft PowerPoint format. Final presentation slides must be brought on a thumb drive to the AV technician in the meeting room at least one hour prior to presentation time. Award-Eligible Oral Talks presenters are requested that to upload digital
handout material to the ASIA Mobile Meeting Guide. Digital Handouts can
include an outline of your presentation or a visual to accompany your slide
presentation. Registrants will have access to this visual material before and
during the conference. Please upload digital handout material before March 15.

A series of seven one-hour Short Talks sessions will be held over the course of the conference. Each Short Talk sessions will contain approximately 20 short talks, each two minutes in length. Presenters should articulate their poster topic and key information in a quick and concise manner. Speakers will be provided a microphone on the lectern during Short Talk sessions; no slides will be projected other than the one title slide prepared by the ASIA office that will include your poster title, session and location. Short Talk sessions will be moderated without AV.
