Top Award-Eligible Oral Talks
Award-Eligible Oral Talks will be presented on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, from 8:00 to 9:30AM. Each talk will be approximately eight (8) minutes in length. Presentations must be presented using Microsoft PowerPoint format. Final presentation slides must be brought on a thumb drive to the AV technician in the meeting room at least one hour prior to presentation time. Please include this disclosure information requested by the accrediting provider. You do not need to use the ASIA PP template which is optional.

Top Award-Eligible Posters
Top Award-Eligible Posters will be on display during all four conference poster sessions. You must be at your poster station for all four sessions. Poster Set up and Removal times and tutorials can be found online here.
Top Award-Eligible Poster presenters are asked to submit digital poster two weeks prior to the conference for review by the Awards committee.
Award-Eligible Poster Presenters are also assigned to a short talk session. (Short Talk Session Two) on Tuesday, April 2) As a reminder, all short talk sessions are moderated without AV (no slides).
Oral Short Talks/Poster Combinations
A series of seven one-hour Short Talks sessions will be held over the course of the conference. Each Short Talk sessions will contain approximately 20 short talks, each two minutes in length. Presenters should articulate their poster topic and key information in a quick and concise manner. Speakers will be provided a microphone on the lectern during Short Talk sessions; no slides will be projected other than the one title slide prepared by the ASIA office that will include your poster title, session and location. Short Talk sessions will be moderated without AV.
Short talk presenters are also assigned two poster sessions. A complete schedule of short talks and poster sessions is online here in the online meeting guide.
Short talk/Poster presenters are encouraged to upload Digital Handout material. Digital Handouts can be a PDF or JPG of your poster or an outline of your work. Digital handout material can be viewed through the meeting guide by attendees before/during and after the conference.
